Who we are
Innhance is a property presentation studio. This policy covers the information collected through this website, innhance.co.za, and explains what we do with it.
What we collect
There are two sources of information on this site: what you choose to give us, and general visit data collected automatically.
Through the contact form, you may give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message and any details you share about your property
- The property type you select
Automatically, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how it's used. This sets cookies and collects general visit data: which pages you view, how you got here, roughly what device and browser you're using, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (not your exact address). It does not collect your name or email unless you separately give it to us through the form.
Why we collect it
Contact form details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful, how visitors find this site, and where to improve it. We don't use it to identify individual visitors.
How it's handled
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, before arriving in our inbox. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy, linked above.
Analytics data is processed by Google, under Google's Privacy Policy. We've turned off the setting that would let Google use this data to improve its own ad products, so it's used only to generate our own site reports. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond Formspree and Google Analytics as described here.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage the project you've contacted us about. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics under Google's standard retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@innhance.co.za and we'll action it promptly.

If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page. Check back here if you'd like to review the current version.
