Who this covers

These terms apply when you engage Innhance, a property presentation studio based in Cape Town, South Africa, for a project. By approving a quote, paying a deposit, or otherwise instructing us to begin work, you accept these terms.

Our services

We provide website design and build, brand identity, photography and copywriting, guest hub and guest automation setup, and related digital presence work for property owners, hosts, agents, and hospitality brands. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project are set out in the quote or proposal we agree with you before work begins, not on this page.

Quotes and pricing

Pricing shown on this website is a starting point for each scope of work, not a fixed quote. The final price depends on your property and requirements, and is confirmed in writing before we begin. A deposit is typically required to start a project, with the balance due on or before launch, as agreed in your quote.

Timelines

Delivery timelines given on this site or in a quote are estimates based on a typical project of that scope. They assume reasonably prompt feedback and content from you (photos, copy, logins, and approvals). Delays on your side may extend the delivery date accordingly.

Ownership of deliverables

Once a project is paid in full, the final deliverables we hand over, including your website, brand assets, and any copy or photography we produced specifically for you, belong to you. You're free to host, edit, move, or hand your website to someone else at any time. Innhance retains the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

Third-party tools, platforms, and stock assets used to build or run your project (for example hosting providers, fonts, or licensed stock photography) remain governed by their own respective licences.

Revisions and changes

Each project scope includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed upfront in your quote. Requests outside the original scope, or after a project has launched, are treated as new work and quoted separately, unless covered by an active Care Package.

Guest-facing tools

Guest hub, guest automation, and related features are informational and communication tools. They are not a booking, payments, or property management platform, and Innhance is not a party to any booking or stay arranged between you and your guests.

No guarantee of results

We build to genuinely improve how your property presents and converts, and we stand behind the quality of our work. We cannot, however, guarantee a specific number of bookings, amount of revenue, or search ranking, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, availability, market conditions, and how your listings are managed.

Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing. Deposits and payment for work already completed are non-refundable, as they cover time and resources already committed to your project. We'll always let you know what's been delivered and what remains outstanding.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Innhance's liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or lost revenue.

Third-party services

Some deliverables rely on third-party services, such as Formspree for form handling, Google Analytics for site analytics, and your chosen hosting or domain provider. Your use of this website and any tools we build for you is also subject to those providers' own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of South Africa.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to projects agreed after the update; work already in progress is governed by the terms in place when you approved your quote.
